- APIS is given the fiduciary responsibility to preserve and protect receivership property, which includes tangible and intangible assets and rights.
- APIS receivers are experienced in a variety of court matters, including landlord/tenant matters, construction contract and general business.
- APIS receivers have experience in a variety of asset types, including commercial rental properties, wholesaler/ warehouse businesses, manufacturing entities, and more.
- APIS receivers are well-rounded because they have knowledge of legal proceeding, knowledge of the receivership process and construction experience.
