Scope of work
- Managed the transition of its workforce to the General Motors Worldwide Headquarters, including planning the infrastructure improvements necessary for its information technology department, furniture and fixture needs for all departments and programs relocated to the General Motors Worldwide Headquarters and planned out the workforce migration from the numerous locations to the General Motors Worldwide Headquarters.
- Performed buy verses lease analysis for numerous projects, facilities or programs.
- Conducted the Delphi I Headquarters site selection when General Motors spun off this business unit.
- Handled dealership division’s real estate needs and, in some instances, oversaw the construction on those projects.
